Hi, I'm Stefani

Marketing drew me in not so much because of ads and social media, but because of people. Why do we choose one brand over another? What makes us trust someone? And why does the most carefully planned campaign sometimes just not work?

These were exactly the questions that led me to consumer psychology and marketing, and my curiosity gradually turned into a profession.

My career has taken me from a marketing agency in Bulgaria to international companies such as TourRadar (an online platform for organised tours) and Cargill — one of the big global companies in the food and agricultural industry.

Along the way I've had the chance to work on almost every side of marketing — from brand strategy, positioning and content creation to influencer marketing, SEO, paid advertising and performance analysis.

Today I work independently with businesses, helping them bring more clarity and consistency to their marketing. I love coming up with unconventional ideas, but I care even more about knowing why we're doing something and what we want to achieve with it.

my values

What do I believe in?

I don't have a universal formula for successful marketing. And honestly, I don't believe one exists. But there are a few things that matter to me and that I try to follow in my work.

01Honesty, even when the answer isn't convenientNot every business problem can be solved with marketing.

If I think you don't need my services, or that it's better to focus on something else first, I'll tell you. I don't like empty promises, or doing something just to report activity. I'd rather we're clear about what we can and can't achieve.

02We work together, not against each otherYou know your business, I know marketing.

I don't expect you to agree with every idea of mine, just as I won't agree with every idea of yours. And that's exactly the point. For me, good collaboration means we can ask each other questions, discuss different points of view and find solutions together.

03First I ask “why”Because behind every purchase there's a person.

A person with their own habits, emotions, preferences and reasons for making one decision or another. I'm interested in what makes them choose a brand, trust it or pass it by. So before we think about what to post, I want us to understand who we're talking to and why they would listen at all.

04Creativity, but not at any costNot every interesting idea is a good marketing idea.

I love unconventional approaches, experiments and ideas that make you think. But if something looks great and has no connection to the audience or the business goals, what's the point? For me, creativity isn't an end in itself. It needs a reason to exist.

05There's always something to learnWhat worked yesterday won't necessarily work tomorrow.

I don't believe in doing the same thing out of habit. I'd rather we try things, watch what happens and admit when something isn't working. Sometimes we'll get it right the first time, sometimes we won't. What matters is understanding why and what we can do better next time.
